First, the DB11 Grand Touring Coupe gets a more powerful twin-turbo 4.0-liter AMG V8 engine, now with 528 horsepower and a top speed of 310 km/h. Customers can opt for Sports Plus seats, which provide extra support for the driver’s and passenger’s shoulders, chest and legs.
The DB11 is powered by a twin-turbo 5.2-litre V12 engine that ditches the AMR badge (Aston Martin Racing). Likewise, the DBS flagship coupe, a more powerful version of the same V12, dropped the Superleggera moniker and kept just three letters.
The DBS and entry-level Vantage offer new 21-inch wheel designs, while the DBX crossover can be specified with 23-inch wheels, Sport Plus seats and wireless smartphone charging.

2022 will feature new interior lines for the first time and debut the dashboard. All models are available with ‘Create’, ‘Extend’ and ‘Inspiration’ environments and offer a combination of materials, colors and functions carefully developed by the Aston Martin design team.
Looking ahead to 2022, the face of Aston Martin will change quite a bit. Future versions of the DBX, Valkyrie, Valhalla and Vanquish supercars will all combine petrol and electric powertrains.
Then in 2025, the first fully electric Aston Martins will arrive. CEO Tobias Moers confirmed earlier this week that the next-generation DB11 and Vantage will be pure electric cars.
An electric SUV is also planned. By 2030, at least half of Aston Martin’s portfolio will be zero-emission models. Moyers spoke of more than 600km calculated using Europe’s WLTP test cycle.

The British luxury carmaker hasn’t released specifications or performance figures for the next DB car, saying only that it will be “the flagship of Aston Martin’s next-generation sports car” and that the GT will “depart from the industry standard”. , creating a new category to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Aston Martin’s iconic DB lineage, a range of handcrafted British sports cars.”

It is not yet clear whether the new DB-branded grand tourer will offer the V12 engine of the last 28 years. Current DB11 buyers can choose between a twin-turbo V-8 or a twin-turbo V-12, but increasing restrictions could lead to a downsizing of the legendary GT line when electrification begins. We won’t have to wait long to know for sure, as it should be clear before the end of the month.
